The
time is coming and already here
When
calling Christ your Lord brings prejudice:
Some
places in the world your life's to fear;
You
used to care how many friends you had,
But
now there's only One you call your Friend.
To
be unpopular was once thought bad,
Now
Christ's the only one you can depend.
Acknowledge
Jesus, don't be shy to tell,
There's
some within that crowd to hear your voice.
The
Spirit will convict them free from hell
And
cause the angels then to so rejoice!
Confess the name of Christ both far
and wide.
There's nothing now to fear; He's at
your side.
